An order is a single delivery or pickup task that reaches "completed" status. Failed or cancelled deliveries don't count toward your limit. You can re-optimize routes as many times as you like without using extra orders.
All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature in that plan. No credit card required to start. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time if you decide not to continue.
On the Free plan, orders are paused until the next billing cycle. On Starter and Growth plans, additional orders are billed at the per-order overage rate shown on your plan. You'll get a notification at 80% usage so there are no surprises.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Annual billing saves you roughly 15–20% compared to monthly billing. You pay upfront for the year and lock in your rate. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be upgraded at any time.
