Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the Opti4U platform.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Opti4U platform, API, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. Service description
Opti4U provides AI-powered route optimization, delivery tracking, and fleet management tools through a web-based platform and REST API. We offer different service tiers (Free, Starter, Growth, Enterprise) with varying features, usage limits, and support levels as described on our pricing page.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for a single organization — sharing credentials across organizations is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to process data in violation of privacy laws, attempt to reverse-engineer our optimization algorithms, exceed your plan's rate limits through circumvention, or resell API access without written authorization.
5. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, or CAD) and exclude applicable taxes. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days. Overdue payments may result in service suspension after 14 days' notice.
6. Intellectual property
Opti4U retains all rights to the platform, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the services. We do not use customer data to train our models without explicit consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opti4U's total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and we will delete your data within 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by law.
